Dr. J is know for delivering his curricula and keynotes with tremendous energy. Recently he was appointed by the Governor of Florida to consult on client experience for an aviation authority. Prior to heading Evans&Evans, Dr. J led a consulting unit for Januss Henderson Investors for nearly 13 years, spent 7 years as the Vice President of Sales for Florida American Century Investments, and was the Executive Assistant to a U.S. Senator.
Dr. J earned his BA from the University of Florida, his MBA from the University of Miami, and his doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University. He know resides between Winter Park, FL and Park City, Utah.
